“The Circus” by Taschen

I love vintage/classic circus graphic design and style.  I love all the typography, the colors, the costumes. Its so kitchy and stimulating to me. Large striped tents, diamond patterns, yellows and reds, and lovely little glittered costumes…fabulous.
I found out about the large book “The Circus” by Taschen, makers of many  graphic style books.  At first I really wanted it, but then I actually saw it in person at Atomic Books in Hamden…and its $200.  Its a gigantic book, and its $200.  Bummer.

Then I saw that I can flip through the book online.   Of course not as fun as seeing it in person, but it saves me $200, and I can still go look through the book.
